elegant i felt as though i had been let in on her secrets i've read reviews after i purchased this book some say that this is not authentic persian cooking because persian cooking is a laborious process but she states that she has tested her recipes to be duplicated in the modern american home with our busy lifestyles-- not in the homes of iran but i will say i did cringed noting pretty much every meal has a dash of cinnamon somewhere as i tasted it it lent itself perfectly not overpowering at a ...more
