Apparently it’s rare to write down recipes in Ireland or maybe it’s more so they are so traditional that people know them by memory? Either way I’m glad people sent in recipes from their Grannies! I have a few I want to try out. Lots sounded good but won’t work with my family due to allergies or not eating red meat. I recommend checking out cookbooks from other countries though. It’s enlightening.
