Rate this book
In "Heaven and Earth," Henriet offers a critical examination of the scientific methods used to study paranormal phenomena and the limitations of these methods. She argues that paranormal experiences cannot be fully explained by traditional scientific methods and that a more open-minded approach is necessary to fully understand the nature of these phenomena. The book covers a wide range of topics, including telepathy, clairvoyance, reincarnation, and spiritualism. Henriet presents a number of case studies and personal experiences to support her arguments and insights into the nature of the paranormal. "Heaven and Earth" is significant for its emphasis on the importance of subjective experiences and personal insights in the study of paranormal phenomena. The book has been influential in shaping modern attitudes towards the paranormal and continues to be a popular and thought-provoking work in the field of psychical research.

Difficult to follow and the highly obscure author used unfamiliar phrases like "cosmic breath wind" and "Earth discs" with no explanation whatsoever to explain them. At first, her statements and estimations were very good, but then she became increasingly erratic, difficult to follow, and patently absurd in her postulations. By the end of the book (right in the last 4 or 5 pages) she exposed herself as an Eastern Mystic and Pagan Pantheist. It was like watching an event of lunacy unfolding before your eyes.
