Really good book on "what" to do with your company. It's rather timeless in that aspect, but if you're looking for a book "how" to exactly do things, then this book is not for you. It also puts a lot of emphasis on adapting to your current environment and situations (duh). Then again that concept is something that many companies forget about time and time again, hence their downfall.
