The little girl who is hiding looks so sad and traumatized. The last line of the book is "This time everything turned out just right." Leaves me wondering about what will happen in the future.

Also, my two year old was not interested.

This book caught my eye right when I saw it. As I read, my initial thought was that between the writing and the illustration it might be a little scary for children in a younger level classroom. It gets better at the end when her family finds her and they're all getting along again.
