WHAT.THE.FUCK?!
Here's the book's own description of itself: "206 scrumptious recipes sized right for two!" "created specifically for smaller households, Cooking for Two serves up 200+ perfectly portioned recipes" "although the recipe yields in this book are reduced..." "decadent selection of small-batch baking recipes..." "All 206 gotta-try, two serving recipes are made..." "with Taste of Home Cooking for Two, you'll say 'goodbye' to leftovers..." "each sized right for a pair"
I went through page by page. There are 101 recipes in this "cooking for two" cookbook that have a yield of more than 2 servings. Taste of Home is getting a very angry email from me. Of 33 main dish recipes, only 14 yield 2 servings. More than half of the section which is introduced "the perfect portion for two is easy thanks to these trimmed-back entrees." is recipes that yield 4 SERVINGS!
Not one word anywhere even tries to play these dishes off as exceptions or ways you can make one night's work serve for two meals (which wouldn't be acceptable either but would at least acknowledge that the recipes AREN'T FOR TWO).

Great recipes. Can't wait to try "Creamy Baked Corn", just the right amount!
