This is a good book on dealing with your fears. It gives you a good overview of different types of fears, their origin and good and not so good strategies for dealing with them. However, the author mentions in the beginning that there are already many books on dealing with your fears, but "this book is different". Is it really different? Did it cover something I have never come acrosse before? Not really! It essentially boils down to exposure therapy, some cognitive behavioural therapy techniques and a tiny bit of mindfulness. Hardly new! If you have never read any other book on that topic, then this is a good starting point, but do not expect epiphanies if you have read books on fear management before.

If you suffer from anxiety ... GET THIS BOOK !!! A wonderful stranger/friend of mine taught me years ago that the only way out of the anxiety tunnel is to march right on through it. This book goes right along with that theory and forces you to face your fears and move past them.
