First, the Vermillion Dragon.
Then, the Multiverse!

In the aftermath of the Apocalypse, humanity struggles to survive in a world newly introduced to mysterious particles.
Preparing for the moment when Earth's planetary protections will cease and opening the planet up to invasion by alien species, Liam and his companions transformed the Beacon, their sanctuary, into a fortress.
As the last line of defense, they strive to train and empower its residents, raising their levels and strength to withstand the impending onslaught.

The coming days will be filled with battles, trading, and a lot of research on how the multiverse works and exactly what the Dominions are.

Big Level Up

Ok, so the first book was such an interesting take on LitRPG levelling that I couldn't wait till the 1nd came out. With such a creative world and novel ways of increasing their levels, this makes for great reading even if some of the premises are very scientific and advanced. The best bits are, however, the characters as I can't think of such divergent characters forming a team before, but work so well overall. Now hopefully the 3rd book isn't too far away.

A solid 4.5 with good progression

No 4.5 ability, so I rounded up. Would have subtracted a half star because I hate when stories skip months or more. I feel like it can be a cop out at times, but the author did great weaving the story back together after a few month hiatus.

Good dialogue, didn’t seem too forced. Interesting power scale and I like how the skills have titles rooted in science. It’s a cool theme that the author has kept up.

Looking forward to reading book 3

Just when you think you know….you realize do not.

I was excited for this series b/c I love the world building. The problem with a world building series is that it can become the same old thing after awhile. This series has none of those issues. Just when you think you know, you realize you do not. I cannot wait until book three comes out!

**audible review**

This is great. The narrator does an amazing job, especially with Billy and John’s voices. Such cool and hilarious accents.

I loved the story itself. Very well written and the world building is super fun and captivating. I have really enjoyed all the books this author has written so far.

the bad guys really have some original names

The first book blended scientific deduction with system design principles to make a neat read, but book 2 felt like the scientific experiment fun was put on back burner.

Great Litpocalypse.

Mrs. This is probably my favorite new LA series. World building is top notch, and the characters are great. Some of the language issues from the 1st book are gone as well.

Shorter but just as good

I like it when an author plans out a story so it doesn't go into pages and pages of nothingness.

With the application of a few good flash forwards, the story flows much better and we don't have to watch multiple training montages.

Great story so far.

Physics of the apocalypse: book 2

This book was as good as the first. The characters, development and fast-paced, emotional action will touch your heart. I hope the next book in the series is as good.

Fun series

When it has game elements, they sit in the background more than a lot of lit RPG books. This feels more like just a really good fantasy/ sci-fi series. I'm really enjoying it and recommend it for those who enjoy the genre.

The continuation of the story with twists and turns really pulled me in to the world that Dimitrios created. The characters and interactions were so good with story line that was so inventive.
