I consider this an average - at best - sales book. I purchased it because of the word "positive" in the title and it did not live up to that term in the slightest. The word positive was sprinkled throughout the book, to justify calling it positive selling, but I expected more on maintaining a positive attitude and just being an upbeat salesperson in general. I think this book is a good guide or manual to those who are "already in the selling business". Highly recommended to those who want to maintain a positive attitude in selling.
