Quite useful, despite the evangelical-seeming title, the overhyped "next generation" superlatives and the unnecessary "Octopus (tm)" titles. Mostly boils down to understanding people and their situations in order to become a genuine asset rather than using manipulation and tricks to push product. Good job.
