(I received a free copy of this book from the author in exchange for a review).

(This review may contain spoilers).

Ideally, I would give this book 3.5 stars. It seemed to pick up more as the story progressed, but I did find it a little difficult to get into at first.

The blurb of this book didn't actually give much of the story away. I did know before I started reading that this was the second in a series, but I still found this book fairly easy to read.

I did waver a bit about how I felt in regard

Review from Night Owl -4 1/2 stars

Falling Angels is the second book in the outstanding Angelfire series by Ami Blackwelder. As with the first book, I was immediately drawn in to the story, as it is extremely engaging and interesting. I did find it somewhat fast paced, but not confusing at all, so it was easy to follow. The characters from the previous novel She Speaks to Angels did come back, and they were deeper and more adult than the first book, which follows the storyline of a deep and dange

This book was made available to me, by the author, in return for an honest review.
I enjoyed this book. It has a good storyline about how people never seem to be happy with what they have and always want more. I couldn't seem to read the pages fast enough to see what would happen next. Can not wait to see how book 3 turns out. This is worth the read. You will not be disappointed!

This story is part of a series. Ali is entering her senior year in high school and has become Angelfire. Ali is growing closer to Kian, but all of the Angelfire are in danger, as well as Ali's brother and her best friends. This book was very well-developed, fast-paced and enjoyable. The characters were described very clearly and I could picture the scenes/situations easily. I can't wait to read the next book in the series to find out how it all turns out!!! I was giving the chance to read this before Ami published it. I did not know that it was the second book in a series. I had to admit that I was slightly confused, because I did not read the first one, but it was a really good story. This was the first story I've read with dealing Angels. A good read and worth it!
