I really loved some of this book back in the day that I started out looking to really change my health protocols. I read it almost front to back and back to front, and bought various things such as EasyGreen sprouters, a lot of goji berries, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, carried on juicing, went onto cacao nibs, ginsengs, various other things. I can still remember the story of the Hunza tribes and their longevity plans, and remember envying their lifestyle and wished I could move there. I used to take the cacao, sunflower, pumpkin and goji around in lock and lid boxes to make sure that I could keep to the work. I took them to London in the HMRC Enterprise Resource Project in 2005-2006, Worthing on it's rollout and also on holiday to Dahab with my friend Steve Fletcher. Customs ironically stopped me to look through wondering what was going on! :) I still thoroughly recommend this book today :)

Any book with as many exclamation marks!!!! and text in UPPERCASE!!!! IS GOING TO BE rubbish... As this book is. To cut a long story short, raw food is good for you, so are avocados, um, and oh yes THINK POSITIVE!!!!

No, better still, save yourself a tenner and go down the pub, have fun, whatever, don't bother with this book.
