Found this on the Friend's of the Library shelf and couldn't resist buying it. Love the pictures and look forward to trying some of the recipes.

We received a few Williams-sonoma cookbooks as wedding presents and have slowly been cooking through them. Jim and I both enjoy cooking out of this cookbook and haven't had a bad recipe yet. I've made a few tweaks to some recipes (adding more/different spices and flavor), but overall everything has been delicious. I like the divisions between preparation times (30 minutes, 15 minutes) and love the "make more to store" chapter - it's always good to have a reliable recipe for using leftovers or freezing.

Not a fancy gourmet cookbook but not too basic either, this is a great cookbook to have in our stash. Good for a home cook at any level.

This cookbook is wonderful. It was headed for the discard pile at the local library when I asked to check it out. The recipes are easy and adaptable. The pictures are gorgeous. Also by checking the book out I saved it from being sold at the local book sale for five years, maybe a good thing if this book is displayed for other patrons to check out.
