This book is a tremendous resource for eating on the go. The book has menus from restaurants and fast food showing calories, fats, proteins, etc. My nutritionist told me to expect to gain weight during business travel and that it's normal. In the last year I lost weight on 14 consecutive trips using this book to make better decisions.
