Matt Ringler is a children's book writer who loves roller coasters and any kind of fast ride. When his daughter Sam was small, he took her for Strollercoaster rides all over New York City. They now live together in Yonkers, New York.

A sweet autumn read for the tots who are learning to count!

The illustrations are darling, you count forwards to ten and then backwards, watch an apple pie be made and see several other fall-ish activities too.

Cute book. Easy read. Uses the nursery rhyme one little…two little…ten little to help beginner readers become engaged. Easy, familiar words used. Short sentences and few words per page. Illustrations are fun and colorful.

The beginning of the school year/fall is the best time to read this story. Counting and families working together to get to an end result is the focus. Children would love to hear this story and then tell about what they like to do or eat during the fall/autumn. Cute book.
