I don't have an unbiased opinion! But, unsurprisingly, I find the recipes to be quite delicious and the information useful.

Shelves: cookbook
This is a gem of a cookbook, starting with the bold colors of the cover photograph.
As someone who has been cooking a long time, mostly for a family, I look forward to trying some of Ms. Bostic's ingredient combinations, and rethinking how much time is involved in cooking when serving only one person.
As someone who has been cooking a long time, I appreciate the large type and generous space for making notes.
