Absolutely loved this book. From his personal experience Rick Wiggins has become a wealth of knowledge in the Keto world. I was especially appreciative of the struggles shared and the heartfelt honesty of his weight loss journey. The recipes are user friendly with ingredients that people living a low carb lifestyle would have on hand! I ordered the kindle version but I liked it so much and know I will be utilizing the recipes that I am thinking of getting the print copy as well!!
I picked this up at the library as I'm interested in a gluten free, sweetener free diet. However many of these recipes included products that include chemical sweeteners like allulose or erytritol. This is a hard pass from me.
This book has great recipes and the recipes are easy to make. I follow a carnivore diet versus keto and there’s plenty of choices for me in this book and adjustments I can make on my own. I love that the book is in a kindle format as well.
I absolutely love this cookbook! The recipes are easy to follow, which is perfect for me. His story is truly inspiring. The book includes a two-week menu and provides great insights into keto. Very informative! I’ll definitely be buying all his books!
Really good book. Recipes are good and easy to follow. They are tasty and easy to make. I like the Spinach wrap. Tastier than many gluten free wraps I have tried and economical too.
