I didn't get very far with this book, probably because it did read like someone's term paper. I'd rather read a book that is more personal than something that is like reading a text book or other homework material.

This book had some insight that I really haven't thought of before. It puts a mirror in front of you so you can put yourself in these situations and also assess yourself. Definitely on my read again list.
