Mr. Modrzyk does a good job of an overview of the Wiccan religion. He especially mentions that this is how HIS coven has rituals, and initiates people -- not every coven will work the same way. Wicca is eclectic that way.

I consider myself a Witch, but not a Wiccan -- in any case, this book covers things rather nicely, without getting too deep into it.
