Practical and somewhat repetitive. I think it is reasonably well written and a good resource for people who find themselves in a lonely predicament.

This is a brief, simple but decent book. A little pondering in places and quite basic in a lot of ways - BUT - nonetheless it's actually a helpful book on the topic unlike the last one I read.
