She also facilitates on-line technical courses for ITT Technical Institute and Park University.

Cecelia is the author of several database books. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems."

a very good book for starters it will put you on the first step, but not that useful for mid-level database developers, it will not move you any forward.
