Well written book for doulas, mamas and their partners. It has good tips for how to prepare a birth vision and what to expect in different birth settings and the power of having a doula as support throughout pregnancy, labor and postpartum. I am excited to start this journey to being a doula!

Some of it read like an ad for why you should have a doula, but otherwise the information was wonderful, presented in a reader-friendly format, and it had some great ideas and advice that I haven't read or heard anywhere else.
