Lots of interesting stories. Really a very enjoyable book. ok so I'm not sleeping much because of it. Really everyone should read it and enjoy the talent within I would suggest to anyone that has a interest in reading the bizarre.

Granted, I'm a contributor (City of the Dead), but I really enjoyed reading the rest of the stories. Talented authors.

Two pounds of reading (538 pages) that's packed with some of the strangest fiction on Earth for only twenty bucks! Fifty-seven stories (57 varieties) and not one about Heinz ketcup, so what more do you want?!

Recommends it for: bizarro fans
Uneven, as one would expect, but still a lot of fun.

Bad writing is part and parcel of Bizarro fiction. Bizarro is the literary equivalent of Troma films: sure, they could have better acting, better scripts, better direction, and bigger budgets. But then they wouldn't be Troma films!

I think Bizarro fiction works best in a format like this: a collection of short works by many authors, in which freedom of expression is the only unifying theme. A Bizarro novel is too much a gamble, as the enjoyment
