A great starter book. It just touches upon a lot of different areas of real estate investing, but doesn't go into depth enough. Its great for someone thinking about real estate.
Its a great reference book, but don't do what i did, which was try to read it cover to cover. That is why this book was a 10 year project even though it was 150 pages.
Some good tips in the end about development. That was the best part of the book. Too bad it was at the end.
