I am not a vary big reader. I find it hard for a book to catch my eye, but when I started reading this book it made me start thinking. What is so great about this book is it gives you scenarios where employees of managers do odd or wrong things. In certain situation it is wrong to punish them, but it is also wrong to not respond.

This book was vary great because it has no solid answer to a situation, it makes one think and really go into there inner consionce.

I would recommend this book to people interested in psychology, thinkers, or managers who are looking to become better leaders.

Being a management professional, i was amazed at the different perspectives of a dilemma. The experts look at each dilemma from a different angle giving a reader a 360 degree view on an issue and suggests suitable resolutions to how to deal with a situation when faced with ethical or disciplinary issues

This book was a good read. For me, a few cases felt a little repetitive. Other than that, I found the insight of the experts very helpful. It was enlightening to read the opinions of experts and realize what professional issues HR managers can (and have to) face when dealing with employees.
