This is a wonderful taped session. I found it healing. I enjoyed her very calming voice in contrast to the assertive and forceful voices out in the world. If it puts you to sleep then that may be what you need to take care of your body. Go with the flow.

Presented with such grace and authenticity.
Listening and communicating with the body's many sensations and desires as they arise whilst approaching them with self care. All is beauty. The lines, the scars and shades all telling a story of the lifelong companion, the consort.

The author should consider recording herself as a sleep aid because listening to her is very relaxing. But, she should avoid topics of which she knows nothing; which seems to include biology, physics, metaphysics, philosophy, etc.
