There were lots of ideas on how to relax at the office. Some of them were helpful and some of them would not be doable where I work at the moment. But I will use the tips that I can.
I've had my eye on this book for a long time, but I'm afraid it hasn't lived up to my expectations. It's a fun book to own; however, I can't say that it's all that practical. There are some nice and useful ideas in it, and it's organize in a fun daily-routine format. Still, I have tried more than one or two ideas since buying this -- especially since they often involve squeezing another activity into my busy schedule.
Handy little tip book encourages you to take office spa breaks at work to help keep hold of your inner calm. I think just taking a break to read a little of this at work would be a nice reminder to not sweat the small stuff.
