Running SUCKS! How to Run for Fast Weight Loss - For Busy Women Who HATE Running

Rate this book
* Newly Updated! *
If you want to lose at least one clothing size in the next 2 weeks using simple running techniques that take LESS than 5 minutes of running per day... then this brand new book by Jennifer Jolan (America's #1 Weight Loss Queen) shows you how.

Unlike most books about running, this one is short and all "meat" (with no fluff or filler). And it's perfect for busy women who want to lose weight fast, but who hate running and consider it a "necessary evil."

There is no suffering involved with these running secrets. No grueling long distance jogging (jogging and long runs are forbidden!) And there are no treadmills or special equipment needed (you can do them from home, if you want).

Here are some of the secrets you'll learn
• How to burn fat... while you're resting! (Not 1 in 1000 "fitness experts" knows the secret science behind this trick -- but you will, and it will help you burn fat at nearly twice the rate you would normally.)
• How to breathe during running so you automatically burn more fat and gain more energy at the same time. (Believe it or not, ancient medieval Samurai soldiers did this, and it's why they were always in such great shape!)
• A little-known way to lose weight while standing almost completely still! (This has nothing to do with running, but it's included as a nice bonus tip anyway.)
• A special way of walking for just 20 minutes per day that can burn 5 pounds of pure fat off your body in just two weeks or less. (The good news is, this is easy... the bad news is, it takes 20 minutes per day to work.)
• Why you should never jog if you want to safely lose fat and have a sexy body that's the envy of your friends. (There's a reason joggers have "stringy", sickly looking bodies and unattractive breasts -- it's actually the same reason why running author Jim Fixx died of heart disease. Here's a much easier and safer way to run instead.)
• How certain professional athletes get into top shape after letting their bodies go during the off-season. (This is how some of the more undisciplined athletes who get fat during the off-season are able to go from pudgy to slim in time for the season.)
• How to use 2- to 3-minute TV commercials to turn your body into a fat burning machine! (Best This works for almost any type of exercise -- including biking, stairstepper, elliptical, etc).
• And so much more!

It's not meant for hardcore runners or people who enjoy running. It's designed for women who hate running and are short on time but know how powerful running is for getting into shape.

Loved this book! This book has given me the tips I needed to fit quick runs into my regular routine of weight training. I love weight training but felt like I needed cardio also, but didn't have enough time in the day to do both. But after reading this book, I've learned how to do 15 minute runs and make them count! And that fits in perfectly with my 30 - 45 minute weight training.

This was a short read. Probably took me 1/2 - 1 hour to read. Yay!

A fast moving and a fast read type of book that offers advice in a condensed version. Good tips in that it offers advice for beginners or experienced runners. I found the tips weren't really breaking news or magical, but honest ways to your improve technique and increase endurance in a quick and easy way.

This book is not about improving your running skills or learning to love running. This is more about some quick, but intense, work outs to reduce body fat. It is a quick read with several workout suggestions that do not require a gym or a treadmill.

The author makes no effort whatsoever to establish her credibility or the validity of her advice. She cites nothing. If you read, you are given nothing to convince you she has actual information and not just a set of beliefs she is sharing or snake oil she is selling to make money.

Meh. Trying to be funny. Better off with Jeff Galloway and a real running program.

Didn't really tell me anything I already didn't know. Might be more informative for others though. Really quick and short read. Reads like a magazine article. I was so-so about the read.
