A good introduction, but way too much appeal to a Christian reader.

Great primer on beginning OT study. Even though this book is not a monograph, it still maintains a high degree of unity among the chapters. Includes some very pertinent information about the purposes of sacrifices connected to boundaries, differences between modern culture & Israel, and biblical criticism.
