Very nice and practical :) It was a good book to show you how to see through other's eyes and how to manage the conflicts in your relationships.

I thought this MBTI book was ok with its focus on relationships and type. No new insights though.
But it has one thing I haven't seen in other books -- the book gives tips for how to counsel different types.

I recommend this version for certified MBTI administrators. There is another version for those who are learning about the MBTI.
