The title is a misnomer! It gives the impression that there is already a child or that there was a pregnancy early in the book. And there isn't. A bit annoying.

It is a book about a man returning from the dead after being kept prisoner for four years in a civil war in Africa - or what I assume is an African country.

I really thought at the beginning that this had the potential for a 4 star book, but it fell short. Felicity appears to be handling her widowhood well : she’s paid off her husband’s debt, found a job, a home, and a supportive man. i actually wanted 2 read a book wid a baby involved n i was very disappointed. y put a misleading title, synopsis n cover as well !? the book was actually abt morgan's return from the dead after 4years. felicity had moved on n was now engaged 2 reverend graham. the latter was a fat n dull man so dat u can assume felicity fell 4 him in a moment of great pain n grief. at the start, he's a very caring n attentive man, very likable. so i cud not believe the drastic change in his personality whereby ...more

Believing her husband died four years ago, Felicity is stunned when she learns he’s still alive. His return home should be a cause for celebration, but instead, Felicity feels like doing anything but. Knowing that seeing him again could throw the new life she’s built without him into disarray. However, the more time she spends with Morgan, the more she realizes that she’s never stopped loving him, even though she’s engaged to another man. Read More

This novel knocked me off of my feet. It was so beautifully written and angst ridden. I enjoyed it immensely and wished it would happen in the real world.
