This book although written in short sentences can appear short and concise. But it does have great tips on how to define a mentor, mentee and the role the organization plays in a mentorship program. If however you are looking to learn about how to launch a mentorship program in the workplace (from a roll-out Gantt, to the post-evaluation on how effective it is) this isn't for you.

Rather basic tips, but a good overview to start with.
