Eda LeShan (June 6, 1922 - March 3, 2002) was an American writer, television host, counselor, educator, and playwright. She was a "voice of respect for the inherent integrity of children."[1] LeShan was married to Lawrence LeShan, the American psychologist and writer.

LeShan's books include When Your Child Drives You Crazy, The Conspiracy Against Childhood, and It's Better to be Over the Hill than Under It. She was the host of How Do Your Children Grow? on PBS in the 1970s.

Интересный подход к воспитанию детей с точки зрения психологии. На целый ряд ситуаций с ребенком высказана полезная точка зрения. Не со всеми подходами автора я согласен, но это стоит принять к сведению. Интересно написано про "плохие родители" или "плохой ребенок". Книга немного сумбурная и хаотическая. В конце нет никакого вывода, может показаться, что в руки попал недопереведенный или какой-то обрубленный вариант.

Started out aright. I like the idea of responding to what the child needs rather than to what they are doing. I think it ended on a bunch of tangents that didn't really relate to the topic.
