I find that the tools and paradigms contained in this book shine light on a way forward that brings hope - and offers previously unimagined possibilities. In my work, I engage with factions. Folks that I work with and for have their sense of tribe and are often deeply attached to their own definitions of 'right.' When they talk, they talk past one another.
