You can never be too rich, or too thin.

When Gerard Findlay looked at Keira, he saw a tall, willowy beauty who took his breath away.

When Keira looked at herself in the mirror, she saw an unattractive girl who wasn't quite thin enough to deserve her fame as a supermodel. And now Gerard had discovered the secret she had kept hidden from the world.

So why did he still p

Very glib treatment of bulimia, and you're left thinking that the heroine still needs a lot of help. Overall though, the real problem with this one was that you couldn't really see why they fell in love, except that they both wanted each other physically. It was an ok read, not great.

3 stelle scarse

Troppo melodrammatico con mancanza di coinvolgimento emotivo tra i due personaggi tranne che nelle ultime pagine.

One of those oh-so-delightful books in which the so-called hero spends the entire book breaking into the heroine's house and trying to rape her; the heroine spends the entire book fighting him off; ten pages to the end they still can't stand each other; and suddenly they're madly in love, with the implication that her bulimia is magically cured because now she's found luuurrrrve.

I don't truck with rapey 'heros'. I do, however, research all sorts of weird things (yes, I can legitimately put this
Keira and Gerard did not start off on the right foot which set the pattern for future encounters. I could definitely sense the chemistry and passion that existed between them. And there were moments of humor as well: Gerard thought Keira disliked him so much that she must have thought he was a slug she'd found on her lettuce. LOL.

Gerard was delectable. He was quite taken with Keira, understanding and gentle with her, and firm as well when needed. Keira was a vulnerable yet strong-willed heroine
