What a great book to read before buying a house! I read it in 3 days. It is set up in chapters or sections that are about 1 - 2 pages. The writing style is informative but entertaining. It takes a systematic approach to the home buying process and breaks it down for the average person. The author encourages the reader to be proactive with the purchase and check everything out before buying. It is one of 5 books for suggested reading by my mortgage lender and I'm not sorry I read it. It made things much clearer and I looked at houses and asked questions. I would suggest this book to anyone looking to buy a house.
