Taking Flight! is the latest in the style of management-geared personality books that utilizes fictional tales starring anthropomorphic animals to determine your which type of worker bee you are. WOW! Taking Flight is a 2 thumbs up!
Not only have I used the DISC Profile for many years, I have read many books on DISC and related topics. Most of these books are heavy in theory and often make it difficult to understand and apply the learning. Taking Flight was wonderfully written. The fable is very engaging and easy to read. It not only teaches the reader about the 4 DISC styles, it teaches the reader how to adapt behaviors to create better relationships with those around them. I truly belie

Learning and specializing in DiSC has truly transformed my work as a business coach working with business owners, entrepreneurs, leaders and change makers and after getting through the DiSC training with my coach, I was hungry for more information. A great book, to be exact.

Great fable about the different personality styles that we tend to follow - the disc profile. Every leader, manager, Scouts aster, etc should read this book.

I feel this book is a great way for people to grasp the DISC system. I would recommend parents even get their kids to read it.
