Straight forward book that tackles a variety of situations that can occur within a family business specifically concerning succession. A great tool to get owners and successors on the same page when it is hard to broach complex and at times emotionally charged topics.

Highly recommend all family businesses read this book, you're guaranteed to get something out of it.

Fleming’s approach to the subject of family baggage is straightforward and compelling. All too often the family owners subconsciously sabotage their company by refusing to deal with emotional family issues, which in turn affect decisions made in the business.
