Though I haven't read all of them yet (there are quite a few, and the number keeps growing --I plan to add to it soon myself!), I've become a fan of Giovanni Gelati's "Author's Lab" story collaborations. These are mostly humorous (the humor is usually of a zany variety) and tend to feature the authors as characters; this one follows that pattern, except that co-author and fantasy writer Miller doesn't himself appear in the story. My wife is nice enough to say that this is one of our pieces of work to date. I think the material and the other author have more to do it with it than my limited writing ability. “Prince” as we have come to call it is a digital short story that can be read by anyone, and to anyone. I plan to read it to my grandsons and also I am going to let my youngest daughter finally take a crack at something the old man had a part in. A lot of fun. Great warning for guys not to skimp or rush on a special occasion. :) I enjoyed reading this short story a great deal.
