I’m really disappointed with the card stock in these cards. They are so very beautiful, and the work that’s gone into them is fantastic, but I feel like I won’t be able to use them without them being damaged very easily. I wanted to use them with my six year old but they will be bent so easily I’m reconsidering.

I couldn't believe my luck when at a yard sale I found these beautiful cards and book for only a dollar! I have been reading the Rider-Waite Tarot cards on and off since I was a teenager and recently I have been considering buying a new deck, these cards found me, I couldn't ask for a better deck that fits my personality! A really fantastic depiction of the archetypes through fairy tales. Vivid, dreamy illustrations that make it super easy to drift into the altered state you need to be in to read from. The book is just OK, but is too new-agey to be practical; it will confuse you if you don't know what your doing because it mashes a lot of different beliefs together in incongruent ways. The cards are the reason to get this deck and the reason for the 5 star review.

Pretty fantastic deck as well. Nice to use with children, but I find with children there is alot of explaining to do, mainly because we don't really tell our children the same fairy tales we grew up with.

Good for inner child work for yourself though.
