A wonderfully written example of the Yoga of the Spoken Word or Sound (Naad), this book keeps alie the legacy of the beloved Yogi Bhajan. The aphorisms and profound inner wisdom revealed in Yogiji's teaches are something I find very useful. The book has been criticised by some for not recognising alternative paths of spirituality, but I did not find that to be troublesome.

Yogiji speaks with authority on Kundalini Yoga. Why would he divert his effort to areas in which he could not present a masterful insight into this important tool for increasing one's awareness, one's spiritual practice and one's life. Cutting through the excuses, the bullshit and the whining that one often tries to use as a crutch, Yogi Bhajan speaks to the core of each reader, and if they allow for it, can truly help increase one's understanding of this powerful yogic practice.

Yogi Bhajan delivers a mixed bag of lies, half-truths, psuedo-Sikhism, yogic philosophy and plenty of Trumpian style banter, all woven together in the pursuit of power and profits. At best, this book is a relevant reference in the study of cults. Please research the corruption and allegations against Yogi Bhajan before welcoming his teachings into your life.

Yogi Bhajan was truly a man of God, in the most non-religious sense. I am very thankful for his words of wisdom, his way of life & his ideologies being passed on to the Western world. Kundalini yoga is literally life altering.
