This book had one of my favourite quotes quoted in it:
I’ve been waiting for Sarah Reese’s story since I “met” her in Angels’ Rest . I had sort of expected Sarah to end up with the handsome Sheriff Zach Turner, even though I realised that it was clear that Sarah wasn’t quite over Cameron Daniel Murphy, the “bad boy” of Eternity Springs, a “no-good Murphy”, father of her daughter, Lori, and whom she hasn’t seen since they were both teenagers.

Twenty years later, Sarah and Lori have won a two week trip of a lifetime to the AMAZING country of AUSTRALIA. Am I biased? Why, but, of course! LOL
Unfortunately, as Sarah and Lori were about to head off on their Great Barrier Reef tour, who do they run into on a boat halfway across the world? Well, none other than sexy, green-eyed Cam Murphy!
Despite the wonderful holiday they had up until that moment, Sarah and Lori flee Australia to return home to Eternity Springs after they shockingly come face-to-face with Cam and his son Devin. Both Sarah and Lori were hurt to see Cam with a son almost Lori’s age.
Cam was equally stunned to see Sarah and Lori, and was wounded that they ran away from him. He decides to return to Eternity Springs, the town that brought him pain and unfair judgment, the town which turned their backs on him when he needed help, because he wanted to right his wrongs and make-up for all the years he missed with Lori. In the process, he realises that he isn’t over Sarah.
I loved seeing Cam and Sarah’s second chance. I didn’t have a high opinion of Cam, before I read this book, for leaving Sarah to raise Lori all alone. I ended up loving Cam, though, and really felt for him as I saw his side of the story. Cam’s demons run deep. I ached for him and Sarah, and was cheering for them to work things out and have their HEA.
As per the previous Eternity Springs books, though, we get a closed door to Cam’s and Sarah’s love scenes. So, I just had to use my imagination with sexy Cam.
I also ached for Lori. It was a difficult and emotional situation for all involved. I loved how understanding Devin was about Cam wanting to know Lori.
One thing that I’ve come to realise after reading this book right after Give Me the Slip under the author’s pseudonym of Geralyn Dawson (which is connected to Gabe Callahan of this series), is that this author’s characters can really go for the jugular when they are expressing their anger. It’s something I find difficult to read. In this case, it didn’t come from the hero or heroine, as it has in other books, but from their daughter, Lori. While I understood that Lori was having a really difficult time, her incredibly hurtful words made me cry for Cam… and Sarah. Even in anger, how could Lori say such things to her mother, who had done so much for her? And Cam was really trying hard to make-up for all the lost years… My heart just broke for him for what Lori said and because he had believed he was unworthy of Sarah and Lori.
I loved seeing Nic and Gabe Callahan and their kids and what wonderful friends they were to both Sarah and Cam.
I ADORED Mortimer, the Boston Terrier, and dubbed “The Boston Terrorist”! Of course, if I had a dog like that, who ran amok all over town, I’d probably be pulling my hair out, too. LOL I loved Cam so much for taking Mortimer on!

Once again, the magic of Eternity Springs, or more precisely, the beauty of the surrounds of Eternity Springs, some of its amazing citizens (including the four-legged ones), and mostly, the blessed Celeste Blessing, work their healing touch on these broken hearts.
THANK YOU, Emily March, for another moving Eternity Springs story and for another adorable dog character! Mortimer almost stole the show! ^_^
I’m looking forward to Jack Davenport’s story in Nightingale Way , next! I’m also looking forward to Zach Turner’s story, which I hope will be in the near future, as I really loved how he was with Cam and just what a great guy he is. I’m eager/curious/anxious for his HEA.

Tam çerezlik güzel bir kitaptı ama tabi bazı aklıma yatmayan noktalar olmadı değil. Cam geri gelmeliydi. Sonuçta hatalı olan kendisiydi kadını reddetti sonuçta. Onun dışında Cam'in ilişkileri pek anlatılmasa da Sarah'ın geçmişi ise baya anlatıldı. Cam'inki de anlatılsaydı da Sarah kıskansaydı keşke. Bir de bu olaylar başlarına çok gençken hatta çocukken gelmiş, üzüldüm. Bir ara çocuklarının şımarıklığı beni delirtsede kitabı sevdim. Güzeldi 👌

H/h were secret lovers, he went to juvie for defending her(she didn't know that, that was the reason he beat up someone), sent her away when she told him she was preggers at 16 coz he was scared he would be like his drunk abusive father. He tried contacting her again ten years later, sent money, letters that were never returned so kind of reconciled himself to her not wanting any contact.
They run into each other when she comes on a trip with her daughter Lori to Oz, when she sees him with his son, runs. Few months later he comes to Eternity Springs where he tells her that he tried to make up for what he did and that they were always in his thoughts, she tells him she never got the letters.
Lot of old emotion is there, both never forgot each other and somewhere that love still existed beneath the anger and trust issues.
The kid is someone he adopted and he made him see that he could be a good father, but the town still considers him bad & Lori is an adult now who wants nothing to do with him.
Lori was really hateful sometimes, she felt hurt that her mother had gotten involved again with a man who had deserted them and then she feels jealous that he had no problems being a father to someone else. So, a lot of drama there and things weren't magically perfect.
Sarah too had trust issues even when Cam said he loved her, she didn't know if he would stay this time or she should trust him to.
I quite enjoyed the book & the next one sounds awesome.

Very good addition to this small town series. This series is similar to Virgin River (a big favorite of mine), but is focused on an wonderful group of women. I would highly recommend the books be read in order because the characters all have reoccurred as the series continues. I was excited to finally meet Cam Murphy, the father of Lori who is now in college and the love of Sarah's life.
Cam, the bad boy with bad family blood, left Eternity Springs as a teenager in handcuffs. He also left his "good girl" girlfriend, Sarah, pregnant at 16. What I really liked about this story was that Cam really was a deadbeat dad, he knew Lori was pregnant when he left, but he never returned for her. Usually these story lines go with "the secret baby", and because of the twist I felt there was a lot more emotions involved. 20 years later, both Sarah and Lori are beautiful, happy people with great lives, but their paths cross with Cam and the drama begins.
If you are into romance series I would highly recommend this one.

I was eagerly waiting for this book -i am not disappointed by it,enjoyed it from pg 1 till the end,wonderful emotional second chance at love story,Cam-Sarah adored both of them,my heart went out towards them both suffered so much still both managed to stand on their feet.
Completely understood Lori's jealousy and rude behaviour towards Devin and Cam but i was disappointed by one thing way she went ahead and humiliated Sarah-Cam,she was really crass and crossed the line,fact that Sarah took it all made me more angrier she is a mother and Lori is her daughter she should have stopped her then n there.Anyways but she did apologize later.So happy that finally after so many years of loneliness and pain they got back together and found their HEA.Overall a very good read.So looking forward to read Jack-Catherine's story:)

I really loved this book!
I am surprised because I didn't think I would! In my mind, I had already judged Cam Murphy and I didn’t think I’d like him. Yes, he’s gorgeous and sexy! But there were choices he made that I consider weak and unmanly. How can I love a book while not loving the hero?!
I should have known that Emily March would once again work her magic! She opened my heart with the turning of each page and as I was brought into this small Colorado town, my emotions were all over the place! She pulled me so completely into the lives of her characters I felt as if I was there experiencing their heartbreaking journey!
There is so much more depth here and I don’t feel the synopsis does this one justice. By the time I finished, I loved this strong, sexy man and was completely rooting for him. And as I turned that last page, once again I felt as if I had just returned home from a long visit with old friends that I love.
Sarah Reece is a young woman that I admire. We were introduced to her in the very first book and over the course of this series have gotten to know more of her struggles as a single parent; both the emotional aspects as well as the financial burdens entailed. She is smart, funny, industrious and creative. And at the early age of sixteen, she fell hard for the town’s bad boy and soon after found herself facing a teenage pregnancy.
While we have gotten to know Sarah and her daughter, Lori, little information has been revealed concerning Cameron Daniel Murphy. We do know that he broke a young Sarah’s heart and left her to raise their daughter all alone. We also know his daughter has been deeply hurt by having a father who hasn’t acknowledged her existence. Lori is now a young twenty year old woman having to face all the emotional turmoil of meeting her dad for the very first time.
I wasn’t expecting the intense, emotional pain as I lived through his memories of childhood and youth in Eternity Springs! I experienced his anger, his utter despair, and my heart cracked and I soon became his biggest fan.
Twenty years have passed and Cam is dealing with a choice he made that will haunt him for the rest of his life. How very true is the knowledge that our choices not only affect us but all those whom we love and care for. There are times too that by making certain choices, we rob someone of theirs. As layer upon layer is revealed not only do we learn of Cam’s choices but also Sarah’s and many of the other residents of Eternity Springs. And each in some way has caused deep heartache!
This is a very emotional and poignant love story, centered in forgiveness and second chances. I loved that it is filled with laugh out loud moments and hot, sensual desire! While wondering if the love these two once shared could survive their past, I was left with no doubts about the strong sexual attraction! And Mortimer’s antics, aka as “Boston Terrorist,” kept me in stitches! I think I can easily say this little dog nearly stole the show:) We once again visited with old friends from past books and of course, Celeste Blessing is always around pulling the pieces together with her words of wisdom.
And I must give a heartfelt Thank You to this author for her incorporation into the story of the devastating effects resulting from Alzheimer’s disease. As stated, it truly is a Family Illness.
Another great installment in the Eternity Springs Series! Next, we are promised Jack Davenport’s story in Nightingale Way. After reading the preview at the end of LL, I can hardly wait!

When Cam Murphy's mother died he was left with his abusive, alcoholic father. Growing up Cam got into one scrape after another. He soon had the reputation of the bad boy in town. Trash. But Sarah Reese fell in love with them and as teenagers they snuck around behind her parent's back in order to be together. Until Cam beat up a classmate and put him in a coma, getting Cam sent to juvenile detention. While there, Sarah discovered she was pregnant but when she went to Cam he rejected her, saying she'd been a mistake. When he got out, Cam took off for parts unknown, never to be heard from since.
Sarah had her baby girl, Lori, and raised her on her own but she never forgot about Cam, holding out hope he'd one day come for them. Now Lori's a sophomore in college and she and Sarah have won an all expenses paid trip to Australia. Who should they run into but Cameron Murphy. He owns his own diving business and tours of the Great Barrier Reef. Sarah had told Lori when she was sixteen who her father was and Lori had done some digging of her own. She knew about his reputation, his time in juvie, and how he'd rejected her and her mother. When she sees him for the first time, she ends up running away.
A few weeks after returning home, Sarah is at the quilt festival when she turns around and there's Cam. He's come back to Eternity Springs to meet his daughter and get to know her. He's brought his son with him, the one he'd adopted when the boy was six. This doesn't sit well with Lori at all and sparks fly. When Cam tells her he sent letters years before and money for Lori's support, Sarah admits she never received them. It had to be her parents that intercepted them and kept them from Sarah. They realize they have a lot of differences they have to work through, the biggest being Lori's feelings in the matter.
Loved this story just like the rest in the series. Look forward to reading the rest.

He owns his own diving business and tours of the Great Barrier Reef. Sarah had told Lori when she was sixteen who her father was and Lori had done some digging of her own. She knew about his reputation, his time in juvie, and how he'd rejected her and her mother. When she sees him for the first time, she ends up running away.
A few weeks after returning home, Sarah is at the quilt festival when she turns around and there's Cam. He's come back to Eternity Springs to meet his daughter and get to know her. He's brought his son with him, the one he'd adopted when the boy was six. This doesn't sit well with Lori at all and sparks fly. When Cam tells her he sent letters years before and money for Lori's support, Sarah admits she never received them. It had to be her parents that intercepted them and kept them from Sarah. They realize they have a lot of differences they have to work through, the biggest being Lori's feelings in the matter.
Loved this story just like the rest in the series. Look forward to reading the rest.

I really got into this one. I was also getting really frustrated with Lori's hard head and hurtful verbal abuse. Poor Cam. Anyway, it worked out in the end, as they always do but the journey was painful. Audio book was excellent, but..... I gotta say it. Being an Aussie chick, the narrator didn't quite get that accent right. I was cringing. Apart from that small personal hiccup, I loved the story.

Comfy, cozy, community story - first love and family values.
Sarah and bad boy Cam were in love at age 16. She was pregnant, he went to jail after a fist fight. They reconnect 20 years later. She is angry that he left and never returned. He had good reasons which no one knew until now The 20-year-old daughter is the biggest problem, wanting nothing to do with Cam.
This was a good read, kept me interested. I liked the characters. It’s the 4th in a series, but I don’t feel like I missed anything since this is the only book I read by this author. The conflicts were reasonable and well thought out. There was no stupidity.
A secondary subject is taking care of someone with Alzheimers. Sarah’s mother has it.
There were about four sex scenes, but no details were shown. It’s mentioned as before or after the fact.

Every time I read an Eternity Springs book I feel overjoyed and I want to go live in this little Colorado town. I LOVE small town romance novels. Probably one of my absolute favorite genres. This one was no exception, it was wonderful.
I have loved Sarah in the past Eternity Springs novels that have come before this one and I loved her in this one. I have always felt bad for her because she never was lucky in the love department. She still had a fire burning for Cam Murphy. Little did she know, she'd run into him on her trip with THEIR daughter to Australia. Boy did this rock some boats.
Anyway, I was pleasantly happy with how this ended, and as always love the inspirational moments that occur in the novel too. Celeste Blessing is truly a pivotal character in this book and I'm happy she created Angel's Rest for everyone to find their own healing in all of these wonderful novels.

I think this may be my favorite so far in this series. The characters (including the kids) had much to overcome and history that isn't easily overlooked. They struggled together to come to a conclusion that worked for them all. I had been anxiously waiting this particular story since after reading Book One and it did not disappoint.

This is the story of Cam Murphy and Sarah Reese. They were high school lovers but when Cam learned that Sarah was pregnant he left Eternity Springs. Now is twenty years later and Cam returns after seeing Sarah and their daughter, Lori, in Australia where he now lives. This is their story - the story of Cam and Sarah coming together again and the story of Lori accepting her father. The book was a quick easy read.

I liked this romance, although it's a little heavy on the angel/religion side on occasion, which I suspect will work for some people more than others. I personally thought the daughter's reaction to her mother's love life was over the top and slut shaming and that definitely made me not like her. I don't know if I'll read more book in this series, but I might.

It was also very real when he sees them both running from him. He has never been so hurt or confused. Now that his past has come back to confront him, he won’t give them the chance to run away. It’s about time he gets to know his beautiful daughter and see the one woman who he has loved forever.
Returning to the place he left so long ago wasn’t in the cards, but now it is time to face the past and try to make a mends with not only the woman he has never forgotten but to try to reach out to the daughter he never got the chance to know. It’s time to make his family whole and he is pulling out all the stops to do just that.
I loved this book. The emotions that were brought out in the read were truly overwhelming. I couldn’t help by tear up the moment Lori sees her father for the first time and decides she isn’t ready for this at all. You can’t help but not to feel for these characters and what they are going through in the story.
I not only found Lover’s Leap to be an emotional ride, but to insightful. Sometimes you must overcome past mistakes and take control of the future. Getting over the past is what Cam and Sarah must do to help Lori heal. I felt for Cam and the way he had to prove that he isn’t the same person he was when he left town.
This story is filled with love, emotions and heartache that will have you reaching for the tissues. I loved every moment of this story and can’t wait to read what Emily March has next in store for us. This story will give you more than a hope but a second chance of a happily ever after.

Ok, it’s official. I’ve fallen in love with Eternity Springs. It may take a while, but the way that everything turns out in the end has me completely hooked. The people, the scenery, they all draw me in. And March has definitely created an emotionally turbulent novel with this one. Tears were abundant throughout this novel, both for me and for the characters. I loved the heartfelt yet completely original plot. It kept me on my toes while also lulling me into its embrace.
With the Eternity Springs series, March has created an inspirational and emotionally fulfilling series I think I actually enjoy the lack of intimate scenes. Don't get me wrong, I love and live by, stories that are extremely racy. That said, in this series the fact that it's about the people and the town, not just the couples in the bedroom, is really working for me.

I'll be honest, inspirational romance with a closed door just isn't my thing. But nevertheless Emily March writes a good story in this instalment featuring the second chance love between past bad boy Cameron Murphy and the girl he loved and left pregnant with his daughter, Sarah Reese.
A bit less on the 'angel' theme and cracking open the bedroom door just a little would up my rating, not as good as Robyn Carr's Virgin River but definitely a very decent small town romance series.
3.5 stars.

Oh, this was my favorite of this series....it was wonderful! What a great storyline! This has got to be one of the greatest series....EVER! I knew the storyline of Sarah and Cam would be pretty intense, but it went above and beyone what I imagined! And this book contained one of my all time favorite moments....it occurred at the very end of Chapter 9!

I love Eternity Springs!
Sarah and Cam were teenage lovers, he is the bad boy, and she is the sweet hometown girl next door.
Knowing she is pregnant, but feeling Sarah has a better chance without him, Cam runs away from everything. A chance encounter, 20 years later and we are in present day. Sarah has raised their daughter Lori, and is now taking care of her Mom who has Alzheimer’s Disease.
She is angry that he left and never returned. He had good reasons which no one knew until now. The 20-year-old daughter is the biggest problem, wanting nothing to do with Cam.
This is definitely my personal favorite in the Eternity Springs series so far! I have been waiting the whole time for Sarah and Cam's story! I felt the struggle of each of the principal characters: Cam, Sarah, Lori and Devin, all being forced to confront feelings and take the risks of opening their hearts to each other.
I definitely recommend this lovely story and series to all.

Sarah raised her daughter on her own, never telling anyone the real father of her child was the town bad boy. Cam Murphy walked away from Sarah and his daughter 20 years ago because he didn't have anything to offer them. It was the biggest mistake of his life. When fate (or was it Celeste?) brings them together he knows he's going to fight for a life with them. But they won't go down easy. When tragedy strikes Sarah's family will Cam be there to stand beside her this time? Definitely in my 'Most Loved' category.

Another great book about Eternity Springs and about how true love can overcome even the past. Cam Murphy left home right after he got out of juvenile jail leaving behind his high school girlfriend and their unborn baby. Sarah Reese stayed behind and raised their daughter by herself not letting anyone know who Lori’s father was. A chance vacation in Australia turned their lives around and forced the truth to be revealed. Great story
