This is a very accurate and well explained cataloging of the many struggles and triumphs of the AV-8B. The primary fault of this book is that it doesn’t flow very well combined with weak writing at spots. Relatively short read, and good overall for anyone desiring to know more about the combat-proven AV-8B.

Excellent history of the Harrier II from development through Operation Enduring Freedom. Lon has created a definitive resource for the follower of the first operational V/STOL aircraft.
