So many bullet points, a thorough explanation on why students should be encouraged to develop their own voice when writing however there were no real next steps for me to take in developing a routine or tracking system. Some good questions to use when conferencing.

It wasn't anything new and amazing. It was all stuff I know and do in my classroom. I might recommend it for a new teacher, but probably not a veteran teacher who understands, intuitively, how to teach writing.
