Dr. Glickman is President of The World Academy of Personal Development Inc., a Marina del Rey, Los Angeles optimization training and consulting firm. Rosalene is also a UCLA instructor (eMBA Program) and a distinguished expert witness in cognitive analysis and leadership development. She served as the Director of Professional Development for The American Society for Training & Development in Los Angeles.
