This is a great little book to use as a wake-up call to start looking at yourself and life differently - in a more empowering and positive way. Nice reminder to step back from the fast-pace of life and breathe.

Good read but don’t know how to how to think like that. It sounds like a lot of steps are missing or something from this book.
