This is a free very short introduction to Vereint from Heroes & Villains

I had already read Heroes & Villains before this so i found this short interesting about how Vereint got his powers.

As a standalone I think it introduces you to the character and Harper's writing style. I think I am glad I read the book first so I already had an idea of who Vereint was I am not sure I would have appreciated this story as much if I hadn't read the novel first.

Short story. This is actually set before Heroes & Villains but if you don't read that first you're kind of confused. This was good if you already knew all the characters and then you kind of get an idea of how Vereint got his powers. ...more
