An excellent book for learning/playing different melodic rhythms. Each section features a small study of the various rhythms to be introduced, and then feature a couple of pieces with their usage. Includes the chord progressions over which the melodies are played - to be played by another guitarist or to be recorded and to be played over.

Recommended by Joshua Breakstone. Borrowing the meditation term, this book taught me a mindful picking - Up, Down, Up, Down, and Rest.
