I have read stories before where a man and a woman together survive a plane crash, and it brings them together though they were strangers before. This book is much better than most.

To start with, we have five survivors, not two. The theme of the story is that no man is an island, and that we have to work as a team in order to do well. The protagonists do a lot of soul-searching in an extremely difficult situation, and the dialogue between them shows each saying to the other something that provo

A Flight With Some Turbulence
It took all of ex-military pilot Chase Dakota's remarkable skill to bring that small plane down on the side of the mountain after the engines cut out on him while in flight. And more than a little luck that everyone survived the crash. He and his passengers aren't out of the woods yet, though. A deadly winter blizzard is moving in over the Wyoming mountainside they're clinging to so precariously, and on board the downed plane is a terminally ill young woman with a ve

Its been years since I have bought a new Rachel Lee but I still rember most of the characters. It was good to see a few old friends. I felt cold reading this book.
Chase has his own plane and business flys private business men around usually.
Chase just picked his plane up from being maintained they went over everything. So as he was going back he picked up Billy Joe Yuma and Wendy after he took them home he was going to take Cait to Minnosata for experimental treatment for her cancer Rory her sis

I stopped reading this book about half-way through on page 100. It was slow and depressing. A small passenger plane carrying 4 passengers, plus the pilot runs out of fuel and crashes in the mountains of Wyoming. They're all trapped in the airplane together with a snowstorm raging outside. Plus, one of the passengers is dying of cancer and was on her way to Minnesota with her sister for a possible cure.
The characters spend most of their time talking about cancer and their lives filled with regr

Strong characters and just the right amount of sexual tension and hot, steamy sex. A lot of internal monologue as the characters figured out how they felt about one another and life in general, but Rachel kept the tension going in a tense, closed-quarters location.

This installment of Conard County Next Generation caught my attention in the very first paragraph. I loved the nonstop suspense.

Rory Campbell could not ask for a better pilot. Chase rescued her not only when the plane went down, but later as well.
