This book is short, but contains a lot of useful information. I've used it many times when dealing with a sick child. The reason I've given it 4 out of 5 is because I'm currently looking to purchase an herbal book specifically for infants. While extremely useful, I don't feel that this book is totally comprehensive. I'd like more in-depth information on treating infants with herbal remedies.

Very short but tons of good info. I am currently trying some suggestions to get rid of Maris' cold/ear infections.

I really like this book. I've used it often. I would just use more caution for knocks on the head than he gives, checking for concussion.

This is one of my very favorite books on herbs. It is small, but so full of wonderful, useful information. Two of my very favorite formulas are from this book.
